WebTally is a web based lumber inventory system that makes it easy to manage Lots, Loads, Orders, Purchases, and Trucks.

Best of all, WebTally is customizable so you can keep using the same names and abbreviations for your grades, species, and other attributes that you use right now. You can even add new attributes, such as FSC certified, or anything specific to your business.

WebTally runs as a web page so there is no client software to install. If you purchase a new computer for the office WebTally will work as soon as you plug it in.

Inventory: WebTally gives you many ways to search your inventory, including by Species, Thickness, Surface, Grade and Color and your own attributes.

Export paperwork: Tired of export paperwork? WebTally can create an export paperwork package for you, ready for printing and storing. The package includes an Export acceptable invoice, Declaration of no wood packaging (or ISPM-15) if going to China, a packing list (tally for each bundle).

The invoice can include botanical names. Any attribute can be swapped based on country of export, such as changing Poplar to Tulipwood for export to England, grade changes to NHLA grades, etc.

Purchase Orders: WebTally shows you the last price you paid for the grade and species you are purchasing along with the last price you paid to that vendor. Prices can be based on HMR pricing with an offset. WebTally can print your invoice.

Sales: WebTally shows your sales staff not just what is in inventory - what is on order, but it shows you how much is committed for long term sales. So you won't pass up an order because you have an export order going out in 4 months. It shows you how much green is due in, and how long the lumber in the yard has been there. The more information you have, the better you can sell.

Truck Tracking: WebTally can track trucks for you, starting with a printed, faxed or e-mailed bid sheet to a known group of truckers.

Industry Standard Software: WebTally uses Microsoftâ IIS Internet server and Microsoft SQL server. It can export to Microsoft WordÔ, Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF.

Quicken: WebTally works with every version of QuickBooks, including QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Premier, QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions and QuickBooks Online.

Handhelds: WebTally interfaces with handheld end-tally units.

PictureTally: WebTally works with PictureTally. WebTally with store the tally, actual widths, end photo, end photo with actual widths, and if you have a scale, the actual weight as well.
