WebTally Pro Export Features

Hate doing export paperwork? WebTally can generate an export paperwork package for you, print it and save it on file for later reference.

Some of the export features include:

• Grades can be converted to export grades.

• Species can be changed based on destination, such as Poplar to Tulipwood.

• Botanical names are included.

• Dimensions can be in BF, M3, etc.

• Invoice can read "Commercial Invoice" for letters of credit.

• You can show USD before amounts.

• A packing list can be printed showing the tally for each bundle (renumbered as 1...).

• Your invoice can include standard pieces of text, such as wire transfer instructions.

• For Chinese exports a Declaration of No Wood Packaging can be printed in Chinese.

• The FOB price can be printed. For example shipments to Thailand are taxed exclusive of freight and insurance.

• An ISPM-15 form can be included (Wood packaging).

• The invoice can be printed on blank paper but made to look just like pre-printed stationary. (Pre-printed stationary can also be used)
